Our Team
Chander Gupta
Chander Gupta is the Principle Agent and Director of CRG Consulting. Chander is a Chartered Accountant. He settled in Australia in 2007, is a MARA Registered Migration Agent, Qualified Education Agent Counsellor and also a practicing Accountant.
During his professional career, Chander has dealt with numerous Corporations and Professionals and uses the professional skills gained there in dealing with the Department of Immigration. He has successfully got many decisions over turned with his diplomatic but firm discussions with the Department.
Chander believes in openness and establishing a relationship of trust with the clients. True to the “Code of Conduct”, he believes in explaining the exact status and risks to the client rather than trying to tell them what they wants to hear. There have been scenarios where in he has specifically refused to take a case where in there is no scope of success.
On the other hand, Chander has handled many cases where the visa had been refused earlier or the case is pretty complex. He has a hundred percent success rate for the Permanent Residence Visas. His Mission is to provide clients with cost-effective and personalised migration advice with the aim of gaining a visa in the shortest possible time frame
He is supported by an experienced support team in India and Australia. He will be happy to take your calls personally and advise you accordingly.
Reena Gupta
Reena has worked and trained under Chander Gupta since 2010. A true all rounder, her command of migration matters and business acumen have proven her to be an invaluable asset to CRG Consulting. The growth that CRG Consulting has seen cannot be thought of without association to Reena.
Reena has been the cornerstone of the growth and management of CRG Consulting for nearly a decade and will see the business continue long after the day Chander finally retires.
Speaking fluent English and Hindi, alongside qualifications in Accounting and customer service experience, Reena's expertise in client management are extensive, having successfully handled all types of clients through the course of her career.
